With over 35 years of experience in the industry. Richard has trained and qualified in England,France and Germany. He has worked in multiple Michelin restaurants. During his working career he has cooked for King Charles, the Prime Minister of France , George Ezra , F1 Redbull manager, and his Mum. He has been awarded multiple rosettes,

During his working career he has cooked for King Charles, the Prime Minister of France , George Ezra , F1 Redbull manager, and his Mum. He has been awarded multiple rosettes, been in the Michelin good food guide. but he always says” it’s the quality of the ingredients. It’s the farmers and fisherman that do all the hard work. It’s just down to me not to muck it up”.
Suzy is also a fully qualified chef with over 25 years in the industry. Many of which has been working in the same kitchen as Richard. She is now the front of house as she love to chat to people and share the passion about there commitment to local produce and sustainability.
